Bio

Cebron Kyle Bradford earned his undergraduate degree from California State University Bakersfield where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Minor in Marketing. He then attended the University of Phoenix where he earned his Master of Information Systems and was Certified in Cyber Security. Currently he is attending Grand Canyon University’s Doctoral of Business Administration program where his area of focus is identifying and eliminating implicit biases built into data collection. His intended research area will look at implicit biases that present roadblocks to equity in people of color as it relates to decision making analysis systems in HR recruiting, health care, and the legal system. His dissertation will be based on academic research, empirical studies, case law, and anecdotal accounts for a robust understanding of the area of focus. His goal is to apply these insight to the DEI(B) space.

Currently Cebron is a Tech Sourcer for Amazon, where he identifies and recruits diverse talent to fill various tech roles for Amazon. His area of specialty being sourcing Software Development Engineers. As a Recruiter for Oak Harbor Freight Lines  he focused  on creating reports that helped analyze and support daily business function as well as assists with payroll functions.Often leading initiatives to speak with employees personally to gather qualitative insight to add background to the quantitative discoveries made from company data. Prior to that his career focused mailing on Marketing Analysis and Market Research. He developed marketing strategy and lead competitive research at his previous company EFX Sports.

Tech Sourcer 
Amazon

o   Developed training for SDE Sourcers to support team members.

o   Recruited roles: SDE L1-5, SDM, TPM, UX, Sciences

o   Managed two reqs with 24 openings between them for SDE in NY.

o   Sourced 2000+ candidates per week, Reached Out to 100 per week, with a variable response rate of 15-20% or 15 Phone Screens per week, 7 assessments, resulted in: 3 supported hires per month.

o   Focused on diversity initiatives to recruit BLNA candidates.

REGIONAL RECRUITER (HRIS ANALYST)
OAK HARBOR FREIGHT LINES

Previous Positions: Payroll Specialist, Logistics Specialist

  • Commenced gathering business requirements from key teams to develop Ad Hoc reports utilizing SQL. 

  • Reports focus on Headcount, Work Force Management, Training & Certifications, and Payroll audits  

  • Presented report findings to Terminal Managers, Directors, and Leadership Teams. 

  • Successfully built out Dayforce Dashboards to help managers visualize critical KPI to better oversee terminal level operations based on historical data trends. This supported 36 terminals, and we were able to justify adding to terminal headcount and have seen a net gain of 15% companywide despite having a limited pool of applicants during the pandemic. 

  • Created a report to analyze terminal workforce by location, department, and shift. We saw a 5% service reduction during COVID and a workforce OT rate of 19% and were able to make a case for using cartage with that data to alleviate the workforce. 

  • I created a report to better analyze the cost of moving freight through our system. Which led to a 3.29% increase in pricing.

  • Harnessed Excel and Pivot tables to effectively communicate past campaign performance and forecast future sales across social media platforms to help sales / marketing teams reposition efforts in driving growth. 

  • Wielded SQL to better manage the market research database Sysomos in creating more efficient reports, and a prodigious internal rhythm to optimize the flow of information up and down the chain.                                                                                                      

  • We introduced 13 new sku’s and phased out 3 sku’s to rebrand for the market.  

  • Used research to plan a launch plan of our new product Lyzme5.  

  • Led data-based marketing decisions to increase web traffic and sales by 35-50% month over month.  

  • Analyzed audience to create marketing campaigns to increase company customer base by 35%.
